The Baby Steps blanket is a beautiful ‘closed stitch’ pattern, perfect for a newborn baby and particularly suitable for the hospital and ‘bringing the baby home’.
An easy blanket to crochet, with just one repeat row!
The blanket is super easy to make using a combination of half treble stitches and slip stitches, creating a lovely texture and beautiful drape.
The examples in this pattern have been crocheted using DK yarn (USA Light worsted) and also ARAN yarn (USA WORSTED).
Two blanket size options given Approx 24" W x 26" L and Approx 30" x 30".
Multiple number given, so can be made to any size you like!
