This beautiful button through cardigan has been crocheted using a DK weight yarn, especially perfect for spring and summer!

Designed with raglan sleeves for a lovely fit. There are 3 cute appliques to make, a Popcorn Flower, a Bunny and a Bear! Suitable for both boys and girls!  Scroll through the photos to see lots of ideas :-) You can even make a rainbow version! 😊

Like all my Cardigan patterns it has been designed “all in one piece” so there are no seams or making up to do, just the buttons and appliques to sew on when you are done!

YARN
King cole comfort DK, Peter Pan DK, Stylecraft Special have been used in the pattern examples but most similar weight yarn brands may also be used, I recommend soft baby yarns for the best result.

All yarn amounts and colours listed in the pattern.

SIZES: Using Peter Pan DK 50g (160m / 174 yds on each ball)

Number of 50g balls:
(Newborn - 2) (0-3m - 2) (3-6m - 2/3) (6-12m - 3) (1-2y - 3/4) (2-3y - 4) (4-5y - 5)

Crochet Hook sizes
Cardigan - 4mm, 4.50mm.
Appliques - (Bunny 3mm), (Bear 3.5mm) (Flower 4mm) or hooks needed to match gauge in pattern.
